their system when at work.
RULES
·Employees are not to report to work or any worksite whilst under the influence or having consumed alcohol or drugs.
·Employees under any medication that can cause impairment in the discharge of their duties should notify the company accordingly.
·Employees that is uncapable of completing his/her task due to alcohol or drug will be denied access to any worksite or removed.
·Actuation reserves the right to suspend an employee pending the determination of the fitness to work of the employee and outcome of Drug and alcohol test.
DISCIPLINARY ACTION
·Employee who violates the provision of this policy is subject to disciplinary measures including and up to termination of employment.
